! Special Announcement !

Dear CIWC Members,

Just 9 days until our 3rd Annual Christmas Bazaar!  We still need your help!

First:  we need for all of you to come to the Bazaar with some cash in your pocket!  The entrance fee is 10 RMB per person.  There will be great food from Zoe's, Peter's, and the German Consulate is again selling their wonderful hot spiced wine (CIWC members can bring their own mugs)!  Roots and Shoots will have popcorn, juice and soft drinks.

We have tables with local crafts for sale, beautiful photographs, books, jewelry, knit items and lots more.  There are games for the children along with crafts for them to make and take home.

We have entertainment every half hour from 11 am until 2 pm.  Students from QSI, Eton House, Violin School, ERA school and a student from CDIS will all be there for your listening enjoyment.

Santa will be here as well.  You can have your picture taken with Santa and emailed to you for just 20 RMB per photo!

At the silent auction we have dinners, nights at hotels, wine, sets of dishes, books, yoga classes, and lots more.  Don't miss out on some great and inexpensive holiday gifts!
Everything is reasonably priced so it will be a fun day for you and your family!

Second:  We need baked items!  CIWC has a booth where we sell home baked goods.  Right now not enough CIWC women are baking!  So, open up those cupboards, meet at a friend's house for a morning and BAKE!!  We need you!  Please deliver the baked goods (individually wrapped and labeled as to what it is) to QSI school on Friday the 5th or to Peter's before noon on Friday.  Cyndi Pill will bring the baked goods from Peter's to QSI to be priced.

Third:  Tell everyone you know to come!

A huge thanks to those of you who are volunteering.  At the entrance table in front of QSI (pay your 10 RMB) sign in as a volunteer, get your Santa hat (please return) and your name tag and you will be ready to go!
